Jack Glazer, 55, of Leawood, KS passed away unexpectantly Friday, October 21, 2011. Funeral services 11:00am Tuesday, October 25 at The Louis Memorial Chapel, 6830 Troost Ave., Kansas City, MO. Burial Mt. Carmel Cemetery. The family suggests contributions to Renaissance West Rehab Centers of KCMO. Jack was born in Kansas City, MO and remained a lifelong area resident. He managed all Kansas City area Stanford and Sons Comedy Clubs. He was an avid sportsman. Jack loved music and played drums. He is well known as an animal lover and especially loved his own. Jack was preceded in death by his mother Rita Trantham. He is survived by his father and his wife: Stanford “Stan” and Lori Glazer; brothers: Craig Glazer and Jeff Glazer; fiancée: Candace Sloop; step-brother: Daniel Trantham; nephews: Alex and Jake Glazer. Jack was a kind and gentle man with a big heart and a big smile. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
